Ron Tinsley aka Pastor Tee is the Outreach Pastor at OCMC. He has over 35 years of experience working with children, youth, young adults and families. He has been a youth minister, youthworker, afterschool program director, summer camp director, high school teacher and college professor. Pastor Tee has a Masters Degree in Urban Studies with a concentration in Adolescent Development from Eastern University. In 2022, he started doing research on adolescent development to assist with creating better initiatives targeting adolescents.
